Couple more weeks!!!

well, its almost here. The day where i can wake up at 5:30 for a REASON!!! That rite, i'll be back to work!!! Im so excited!!! Cant wait to be be making that $$$!!! And of course helping the peole who need a quality roof!!!! Lovin It!!!!

Gettin Closer

So the roofing show just past, there was a lot of great new ideas. I saw a machine called a shingles peeler, it can help tear off, and increase productivity by 60% but it costs about 3700 before taxes, so i probabley wont be usin that this year. Im gettin reak itsy about the upcoming season, boss says should be back to the full swing of things in about 3-weeks, im pretty stoked!!!!

Roofing

Ok so my boss has just told me that when we start the season this year, we will be roofing The White House Of Rock(97.7htzfm Building) Whish to me is totally awsome, i will add it to my list of cool jobs ive done. Ive worked on the Medival Times Building in Toronto, the immagration office, community care, the Audi Dealership, Several well established hotels in Niagara Falls. One thing is for sure, my boss comes up with some really nice work for us. Im hoping this year ill hit the 50K mark, i fell a little shy at 45k in 2009, 2010 wasnt such a great year for me, i think i might have hit 30k if im lucky, but with Joanne working hard along with me it wasnt so bad.

im gettin a new compressor pretty happy, just bought anothe 28ft featherlite ladder, its a bute.
Im looking to purchase a 1997 GMC 2500 series, single cab, it will be a nice work truck for me, im hoping to buy it from my boss this coming season. Hes buyin a 2006 Chevey Fullsize Cargo Van a 3500 series, that will be fun to drive!!! Alrite til the next blog KEEP ON ROOFIN!!!

k, so its my first blog, not really sure what to blog about, i'll strat off with a little about me, I am 25 years old, i have a beautiful wife joanne and daughter rylee,im employed with a roofing company in ontario canada, my boss is 78 years old and loves to call me names all day, hes a grumpy one alright, i have a brother aswell as a twin sister. my life is pretty simple, i smoke cigs although i woldn't mind quitting. This winter when i get laid off im thinking of driving a school bus.
